Major Job Functions:

As a Sales Representative in our sales team, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new business and maintaining contact with existing clients. Requirements:

System Administrator, (Sweden, Stockholm):

Overall Purpose of Job:
To build and maintain core ISP (Internet Service Provider) services for our customers on Redhat and Fedora platforms.
To maintain and operate on services on mass-market, open-source Web and Email hosting platforms including Linux, Apache, PostgreSQL and Cention Contact Centre.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· To maintain and support our Network
· To maintain and support the systems for managing customers:
· Extranet and Intranet based systems
· To act as product and system-level escalation from Support teams for technical issues
· To create and maintain technical documentation.
· To help grow knowledge base of Support teams to reduce query escalations and improve initial problem solving.
· To work with directors on capacity planning of core services hardware/bandwidth/etc).
· To be on-call -on a rota-basis - overnight second-line

Skills:
· Proven troubleshooting skills
· Proactive planning ability
· An ability to handle project work independently
· An ability to help management with the progression and development of support staff on an ad-hoc basis.

· Education, Qualifications, and Special Training:

System Developer/Programmer, (Bangladesh, Dhaka):

To be eligible you should have a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
You should be self- motivated as a person and skilled at transforming visions into working solutions. Because of our international market, a client oriented attitude and good communication skills in English are key factors to become a successful developer.

Skills required for this position:

· Master of Science in Computer science, or equivalent.
· Software development in a Linux environment, using perl or equivalent.
· Knowledge about technologies such as FTP, SQL, XML, SOAP.

Relevant experience as a system administrator is meriting, as is experience in development of software for distributed systems. The systems we develop are highly distributed, and critical in the day-to-day work for our customers. Knowledge of TSM, DB2 and/or Oracle is also meriting. We would also like you to be a team player and appreciate good teamwork, be comfortable in technically complex environments and have a good level of English, both spoken and written.
