In June Cention acquired the “Q-technology” from Askology AB. Askology was started as a commercial result of 10 years of extensive Research at the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. With this technology based on language patterns (NLP) and a unique algorithm Cention now has one of the most advanced interpretation technologies in the world. “With this acquisition we are strengthening our position as being one of the most advanced solutions for Contact Centers, but still our software is very easy to use. With this technology included in our Cention Contact Center we will be able to support the operators/agents even better.
